Here's something very important for all of you to remember from now on:
-Touhou 1-5 are DOS games.
-Hard drive images are not ROMs.
-MS-DOS is not a platform, it's an operating system. Both NEC PC-98 and IBM PC compatibles use it.
DDP DOJ Stage 1's theme was originally an 8-channel MOD without frequency limits. I manually converted it to a 4-channel MOD with Amiga frequency limits.
Would be nice if Manabu Namiki could see this.
Just a few years ago I ridiculed people who typed properly online. Now I'm just like them, and every time I slip up somebody takes notice and thinks there's something wrong with me.
That's karma, I guess.
Must've done at least something right if I'm generally the first guy people come to ask for PC-98 Toho stuff now.
We have people who've done so much more in terms of research way before I did anything. You'd think they'd be on the top of that list, but apparently not.
I've been pirating for so long at this point that even when I have to re-download software I bought legitimately I still default to cracked distributions.
Sometimes this is for practical reasons (playing old games on old systems, for example), other times it's a force of habit.
Having problems with high framerates in EoSD? VPatch not working out for you? No worries.
1. Download version 1.00 (ISO's on nyaa.si)
2. update to version 1.02d (kouma_update102d.EXE here archive.org/download/Koumaky…), BUT NO HIGHER THAN THAT!
